Course Description
Biostatistics course discusses the two main parts of statistics that are the descriptive and the inferential. In the beginning, it shows how to organize data values into tables or graphs and how to summarize them by different descriptive measures. Then, it studies the probability rules and applications especially in medicine and biological sciences and go through probability distributions. Finally, it discusses Confidence Intervals and different Statistical tests which are the basis of scientific research.
