تم الحدبث عن أنواع عقد الزواج ، وهي عقد صحيح وعقد فاسد وعقد باطل وهو التقسيم المعمول به في المحاكم الشرعيه ، والعقد الباطل هوعلاقة غير شرعية أي أنه يعتبر زنا ، أما الزواج الفاسد فهناك حالات يمكن بها تصحيح الزواج والإستمرار في العلاقة الزوجية . والزواج الفاسد تترتب عليه آثار بعد الدخول مثل الزواج بالإكراه
