Lymphatic System I

Lymphatic system consists of two semi-independent parts A meandering network of lymphatic vessels and Lymphoid tissues and organs scattered throughout the body. Lymphatic system drains excess interstitial fluid & plasma proteins from tissue spaces, Transporting dietary lipids & vitamins from GI tract to the blood, and Facilitating immune responses.
