Complaint Letter Presentation Cv Feedback

In this lecture, we have a new student giving a presentation on a bad experience with a facial care product she purchased. She gives an overview of this experience and goes over the real complaint letter that she sent to the company. We discuss her complaint letter and provide feedback by highlighting the strength and weaknesses in her complaint letter. We then give feedback for a student’s CV and cover letter which he wrote as part of his first exam.
