الحروب العالمية سواء خلالها او بعد انتهائها حيث شجعت على الصناعات التكنولوجية المختلفة في مجال الاتصالات والموصلات كما ان انتهائها فتح افاقا جديدة امام المجتمعات للتعرف على بعضها بكل سهولة وأمان. تنظيم ساعات العمل في العالم ادى إلى ما يلي: زيادة دخل الفرد , وجود حوافز لتحسين وضعه المعيشي, ادى إلى وجود اوقات فراغ يمكن استغلاله في الزيارة والسياحة. الانتقال او الهجرة من الريف إلى المدن:وهي تسهم بشكل او بآخر في تشجيع السياحة من خلال الحنين والذكريات وأيضا الهرب من التلوث والضوضاء. زيادة الوعي سواء كان ثقافي او اجتماعي بين افراد المجتمعات خاصة في المناطق المحافظة.

تم الحديث في هذا الفيديو عن الشروط المقترنه بعقد الزواج وتعود بالنفع على أحد الطرفين أو كلاهما ولم يرد بها نهي واضح ..مثل أن يحضر الزوج لزوجته خادمة أو أن يكمل لها تعليمها .. أما اذا كان ألشرط يسبب ضرراً فهو شرط باطل ، والشروط التي تكتب في عقد الزواج الأصل هو الوفاء بها وإن لم يتم الوفاء بها يحق للمشترط فسخ العقد ، أما فائدة وجود الشرط بالنسبة للزوج فإنه يستطيع فسخ عقد الزواج ويعفى من المؤخر ونفقة العدة ، أما بالنسبة للمرأة إإذا لم يتم الوفاء بالشرط فإنها تستطيع فسخ العقد وتستحق جميع حقوقها
