How To Write A Complaint Letter

In this lecture, students are introduced to the process of writing complaint letters. In particular, we have a discussion on when and why it is important to write complaint letters. We highlight the structure of a good complaint letter by emphasising the elements that should appear in each paragraph within the complaint letter. We take the example of purchasing a faulty phone in our discussion.
