Lymphatic tissue are diffuse lymphatic tissue which is scattered reticular tissue elements in every body organ. And Lymphatic follicles (nodules) which are Solid, spherical bodies consisting of tightly packed reticular elements and cells having a germinal center composed of dendritic and B cells. Lymph node is the principle lymphoid tissue, spleen is the largest lymphoid tissue, and tonsils are the simplest lymphoid tissue.
