This lecture is a talk by Dr Rafe Daraghmeh, who is the head of An-Najah’s Alumni Unit. The focus of this lecture is to encourage students to effectively use their time as they are doing their first degrees to cultivate as much experience as possible through volunteering and taking training courses. Students are presented with real life stories from real job interviews of successful fresh graduates without much paid job experience who have secured employment. The secret to emphasize on your CV the unpaid, extracurricular activities that students can do before their graduation.
