This lecture completes the previous lecture on different situations that represent miscommunication, and it moves to discussing the different styles of communication like being aggressive, passive, and assertive. The students are asked to recognize these styles through a video, and then they are given situations to practice these styles in their groups and in front of their classmates. The other topic of the lecture focuses on discussing the purpose of presentations, good and bad presentations, and some tips on how to make the presentation a successful as a preparation for the final exam.
